Our Services

DOT Exams

Our DOT exam includes a physical check, medical history review, and key tests, including vision, hearing, blood pressure, and urinalysis, to ensure you meet commercial driving safety standards. A mental and emotional health assessment is also included.

Physicals

A comprehensive health evaluation, including a full medical history review, physical check, and essential tests. It helps ensure you are healthy and meet the necessary safety and wellness standards for your job or daily activities.

Lab Services

Lab services offer testing for overall health, heavy metal exposure (including lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium, and chromium), and general urine screenings. Venipuncture is performed on-site.
*Off-site fees may be applied for certain services.

Audiometric Services

Audiometric services include hearing assessments and audiograms to monitor and protect your hearing health. These tests help identify changes in hearing ability early, allowing for timely intervention and support. Regular hearing evaluations are essential for maintaining safety, communication, and compliance in the workplace.

Respiratory Services

Respiratory services help monitor and protect your lung health. We offer OSHA questionnaire reviews with or without a physical exam to evaluate your respiratory fitness, as well as pulmonary function testing (PFT) to measure lung capacity and function. These services are designed to support both overall health and compliance with occupational safety standards.

Vision Services

Clear and accurate vision is essential for both work and daily life. Vision testing includes screenings, color vision testing using the Ishihara method, and depth perception evaluations to help identify any issues early and ensure you meet necessary safety and performance standards.
